We primarily serve the Muslim community of Saudi Arabian E-visa Eligible countries in Americas, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
What We Provide
Transportation, Accommodation, and procedural solutions to pilgrims going to Saudi Arabia.
All Umrah service packages are your itinerary - our service. You choose your travel date and time and we are ready to serve.
We Adapt to Your Schedule. You are not Under Time and Space Restrictions like any Package Tours.
We serve you from the time you plan for your pilgrimage until you leave the destination.
Your Stopover in Jeddah for a Day, Days, or Weeks, your Travel is Made Worthwhile.
Transportation:
Airport pick-up (Jeddah/ Al-Madinah), Umrah in Makkah al-Mukarramah, Historical Site seeing in Makkah al—Mukarramah, Trip to
Masjid al-Nabawi in Al-Madinah al-Munawarah, Historical Site seeing and Ziarat in Al-Madinah al-Munawarah, Jeddah Site seeing,
trip to your hotel (residence) in all the cities and Airport Drop off (Jeddah / Al-Madinah).
If your trip duration is less than 3 days, Al-Madinah trip will not be possible due to time restrictions. Just keep in mind
that Travel time between Jeddah/Makkah to Al-Madinah is 7 hours one way.
Accomodation:
All Accommodations are 4*+, 2 Persons in a room. Hotel/Furnished Apartment of 4* to 5* depending on availability.
Holy places accommodations are walking distance from Haram (0.3 Km to 1.5 Km)
Procedure:
We provide service to obtain your E-Visa/Visa at a nominal processing fee. Any Consular fee is directly paid by you. We
can also help you find Air travel Tickets.
Our Packages
Transportation Only Packages:
1. Maximum of 3 People and 1-10 days service to cover All your transportation need from your arrival to departure. Flat Rate USD 1000
2. Maximum of 5 People and 1-10 days service to cover All your transportation need from your arrival to departure. Flat Rate USD 1500
Transportation + Accommodation Combo Package:
Transportation is from Airport to Airport as in Transportation only deal.
Accommodation is 4 Star+ (4 Star or 5 Star depending on availability)
Standard accommodation is One Room Dual occupancy with 2 Beds
All Makkah al- Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah accommodations are within walking distance of 0.3 km to 1.5 km from Haram Al-Shareef.
Our price is charged per person/per day basis. Due to the Pilgrimage seasonal variability in accommodation prices in Saudi Arabia, we
cannot put exact price of your trip until you register with your planned trip date and requirements.
Average Price is USD 200/ person/ day for minimum 2 persons in a trip excluding high peak season like Ramadhan (especially the last ten days).
We can take care of single person at a premium price.
Our Umrah Service Process

Register Online
Download registration form, fill up and send us via e-mail.
Call us and we will register you over the phone.
Give us a quick visit at our office and we register you.
Recieve Quotation:
Upon acceptance, you book our service by filling up the booking form with deposit of 20% of Quotation money.
You can fill in the booking form online or download it and fill it in before sending it to us via email.
Attach all required documents in your e-mail.
Pay online with Credit/ Debit card / E-transfer to NAST@nastservice.com / quickly visit at our office and pay at your convenience (Canada only)
or Bank Transfer to the company account provided in the Quotation.
We will reserve your spot and send you acknowlegement.
Finalization:
Confirm your booking at least 10 business days before your trip date by paying the full amount via online with Credit/ Debit card / E-transfer
to NAST@nastservice.com / quickly visit at our office and pay at your convenience (Canada only) or Bank Transfer to the company account provided in
the Quotation.
We send you the Invoice and you are set and ready.
We will see you at the Airport to receive you and be with you all through until we drop you off at the Airport for your departure.
Payment Policy
Register for free
Payment on Reservation: 20% of total
Payment at Confirmation: Full amount
Note: Client must Reserve three weeks prior to travel with deposit and confirm the trip Two Weeks Prior to travel with Full Payment.
Refund Policy
Cancel the registration prior to confirmation without any charge for a full refund.
Cancelling seven days before travel date requires a $100 cancellation fee for a full refund.
Cancelling 3-6 before the travel date requires a $100 cancellation fee for a 75% refund.
No Refund when cancelling less than 48 hours before the travel date.
If NAST cancels or reschedules the trip plan for any unusual circumstances, NAST will pay 5% inconvenience charge to the customer.
In this case, customer has choice to take full refund and cancel registration or agree to rescheduled trip plan with the 5% inconvenience payment.
Notes
Customer can replace his/her package with someone else instead of refund at no cost.
Customer may process his/her own Visa/E-Visa, or NAST can process it at a cost of USD 30/person (Includes digital pictures, photocopy, scanning
and visa processing)
Visa/E-Visa fee in the consulate/embassy is paid by the customer.
Visa/E-Visa related costs are paid upfront and is outside the trip amount.
Air Travel Ticket is purchased by customer independently or assisted/ referred by NAST
We accept Cash, Debit/ Credit cards, Bank Deposit/Transfer, and Interac E-transfer
For credit card payment, customer authorization signature is needed.
Our Hajj Services
We provide quality hajj services with start to end solutions at a reasonable price. We have only one high standard service for all. Worry
free Lodging, food, transportation inclusive Hajj service. Leave all formalities of Visa, Air Tickets, and others on us and you concentrate
on your pilgrimage.
We have limited seat availability from each country.
Start registration in the Month of Rabi Al-Awal.
Hajj education is available in the knowlege section.

Upon acceptance you book your space with 20% Deposit.
You confirm your booking before Ramadhan with 100% payment and send us your Passport copy and other required documents and pictures, so we
process your Visa, Air Ticket and Travel Documents.
We will inform you the detail after processing and you are set.
Finalization
We will transport you to the Departure Airport on your travel date and Receive you at Jeddah airport.
We will be with you all the way until we see you off at Saudi Arabian Airport after finishing all your pilgrimage services.

Refund Policy
Cancel the registration prior to confirmation without any charge.
Cancelling within one month before the travel date gives 75% refund minus Consular fee, Ticket price, and administrative costs.
No refund less than two weeks before the travel date.
Notes
Customer can replace his/her package with someone else instead of refund at no cost before Confirmation or before we process the Visa and
Ticket formalities.
Some government / consular fees may need to be paid by the customer directly (deducted from the total cost)
